BBC Proms 2014

In our second season launch for the BBC, Alison Balsom, Joshua Bell, Sakari Oramo, Laura Mvula and Roderick Willams tell us what its like to perform at the proms – while stars and punters alike talk about the intimacy, the shared experience and the thrills of the greatest classical music festival in the world.

We used steadicam extensively to approach and enter the Royal Albert Hall, giving the viewer an idea of what it’s like to go to the Proms.
